Freddie Poor for Sheriff Campaign In acknowledgment of good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby confirmed, I hereby grant Freddie Poor, the Freddie Poor for Sheriff campaign and any one acting under contract or with authority from Freddie Poor and the Freddie Poor for Sheriff campaign the unrestricted royalty free right and permission to use, publish, broadcast and distribute my endorsement of Freddie Poor for the office of Galveston County Sheriff. This includes my voice, name, and/or likeness, as recorded, filmed and/or photographed in the course of any interview or of my participation during any event during the course of this campaign. I agree that Freddie Poor, the Freddie Poor for Sheriff campaign and any one acting under contract or with authority from Freddie Poor or the Freddie Poor for Sheriff campaign may use my voice, name, and/or likeness in the preparation of any promotional or any other type of material written, filmed, or vide taped, and/or published in any written, web site, television or radio commercial. I hereby release and discharge Freddie Poor, the Freddie Poor for Sheriff campaign and any one acting under contract or with authority from Freddie Poor or the Freddie Poor for Sheriff campaign from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including, but without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. I am of full age and competent to sign this release. I have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above release and fully understand the contents thereof. I understand and I agree that this agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representative and assigns.
